oh lord
i remember the times
i pledged myself
to pray for salvation
pray for destiny
pray for love
and none of this
every work out
none of this
ever went
really well
so lord
don't make me
face all those people
again.

the problem
is that
they're untrue
with them
and even more
with myself
and, my lord
they enjoy
to be this way
but i never enjoyed
in any
way.
